Confidential team chat
Channels and DMs with end-to-end encryption. Customer data, strategic discussions, internal coordination — all protected by ML-KEM-768 key encapsulation and XChaCha20-Poly1305 payload encryption.
Encrypted workspace your CISO can approve — audit-logged, EU-hosted, post-quantum.
UltimaOS for business is the encrypted workspace your CISO can approve. Onboard teams, bulk-invite verified members, keep audit logs of every administrative action, run entirely on EU infrastructure. The architecture is zero-knowledge: the server cannot read your content.

Professional email without surveillance. Folders, search, type-ahead contacts, attachments. Server stores ciphertext only. Compatible with external recipients via signed invitations.
Boards for projects, Files for documents, Notes for meeting minutes, AI for analysis. Single private key shared across the org, with revocation ceremonies for departing members.
A typical UltimaOS for Business deployment takes about a week. Platform provisioning, branding, app selection and bulk member invitations are handled during onboarding.
There are no corporate passwords to manage, because there are no passwords at all. Each member's identity is a keypair derived on their own device from three secrets only they hold, so there is no credential store on the UltimaOS side to provision, rotate or leak.
Generate invitation tokens for entire teams at once. Each invitation is signed by the inviter and bound to the account created from it, so every member is traceable to whoever brought them in. The admin panel surfaces who has joined and who has not.
Every administrative action — member addition, role change, channel creation — is logged and signed with the actor's ML-DSA-65 key. The audit trail is tamper-evident and exportable.
For organizations with sovereign-cloud requirements, UltimaOS offers managed single-tenant deployment: dedicated EU infrastructure running the same code and the same client, operated by us. We do not offer self-hosting — a single accountable operator is what makes the published build verifiable.
Customer data, M&A documents, R&D files, legal records — all of it has a useful lifetime measured in decades. UltimaOS uses NIST-standardized post-quantum algorithms to protect against harvest-now-decrypt-later attacks.
All infrastructure is in EU data centers. There is no replication outside the EU, no US-based CDN, no US CLOUD Act exposure.
Workspace admins cannot read message contents. They can manage membership, channels, and roles — but cannot decrypt content. The architecture is GDPR-compliant by design.
For the encrypted communication and collaboration core, UltimaOS replaces Slack, Microsoft Teams chat, encrypted email, secure file sharing, and AI assistants. Fewer tools, fewer vendors, fewer data flows.
Short answer
Yes. EU-only infrastructure, EU-based, architecture is GDPR-compliant by design (zero-knowledge server). We have a DPO; contact at patrick@ultimaos.com.
Short answer
For the encrypted communication and collaboration core, yes — chat, mail, files, calendar, documents, AI. For deep integrations with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Outlook federation, Teams federation), we are still building.
Short answer
Not in the usual sense, and deliberately. Signing in with a corporate identity provider would put your members' access back in a third party's hands — the opposite of what this architecture is for. Each member's keys are derived on their own device from three secrets only they hold, so there is no directory to sync and no credential to provision. Membership is controlled through signed invitations instead, in bulk if you need it.
Short answer
Any confidential information with a useful lifetime beyond 5-10 years is at risk from “harvest now, decrypt later” attacks. Customer data, M&A documents, R&D files, legal records, medical records — all of it. UltimaOS uses NIST-standardized post-quantum algorithms by default, so you do not need to track this yourself.
Short answer
Not self-hosted, but close: we offer managed single-tenant deployment on dedicated EU infrastructure, running the same code and the same client, operated by us. Self-hosting is deliberately not offered — verifying a published build requires one accountable publisher, and a thousand independent instances would dissolve that.
Short answer
All data is stored on EU-only servers with no transfers outside the EU. The zero-knowledge architecture means UltimaOS cannot read your content in any case.
Short answer
Yes. Migration tools for major platforms are provided during enterprise onboarding. Mail history and file trees are migrated into the encrypted envelope; calendar events are migrated too, though they sit outside that envelope today.
Short answer
Yes. Enterprise plans include support SLAs (24/7 P1, 4-hour P1 response), dedicated account management, and quarterly business reviews.
No ads, no data mining, no trial clock. Individual and family accounts are free — permanently. Organisations pay per seat, and that is what funds it.
