Social feeds inside the OS
Multiple feeds. Compose with character counter. Replies to posts, reposts, likes. Kebab-menu moderation actions for platform owners and admins. Trending panel surfacing top 5 posts by likes.
Posts are encrypted on your device. The server only sees ciphertext. No advertising, no off-platform tracking, no data broker.
Owner and admin roles can moderate. Communities can establish their own moderation rules without depending on a third-party social network.
Authentication and key exchange are post-quantum, as everywhere in UltimaOS. Feeds is a public surface by design, so its posts are not covered by the end-to-end encrypted envelope.
All authentication and key exchange uses NIST-standardized ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204) signatures and ML-KEM-768 (FIPS 203) key encapsulation. There is zero RSA, zero elliptic-curve, zero classical-only crypto in the authentication path. Defeats store-now-decrypt-later attacks.
Feeds is a social surface: posts, replies, reactions and polls are meant to be seen, so they are not covered by the end-to-end encrypted envelope. Treat anything you post here as public.
Posting uses the same post-quantum identity as the rest of the workspace — keys derived on your device, no password database, no advertising identifier, no behavioural profile built from what you post.
Your private keys are derived in your browser from three secrets only you control, and are held in memory for the session only — never written to browser storage, never sent to the server. A new device derives the same keys locally from the same three secrets.
UltimaOS runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Nothing to install. Sign in by re-entering the three secrets your keys are derived from, and the same keys are rebuilt locally on whatever device you are using.
Feeds is a public surface, so posts, replies and reactions are stored so they can be shown to others. They are not covered by the end-to-end encrypted envelope.
You post as your uOS keypair, derived on your device. There is no password database behind it, and nothing you post feeds an advertising profile.
Any change you make is uploaded and picked up by every other device you are signed in on, so Feeds looks the same wherever you open it.
Post authors are Contacts entries. Following a contact feeds their posts to your Feeds.
Posts can attach Files. Attachments inherit the same encryption and access permissions.
Identity-bound moderation: only owners and admins can take kebab-menu actions on posts.
Community apps can add Feeds integrations (e.g. a polls app, an events app) without leaking data.
UltimaOS runs in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Nothing to install. Sign in with your passphrase to derive your private key locally.
The launcher shows every app. Feeds is right there with its capsule video preview. Click to open.
Feeds works alone, but it shines when combined with the rest of the UltimaOS apps. Same identity, same workspace, one place to work.
Short answer
No, and deliberately so. Feeds is a public social surface: posts, replies, reactions and polls are meant to be seen, so they are not covered by the end-to-end encrypted envelope. Your identity is still the same post-quantum keypair used everywhere else, and nothing you post is used to build an advertising profile.
Short answer
Feeds uses the same post-quantum stack as every other UltimaOS app: ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204) for authentication, ML-KEM-768 (FIPS 203) for key encapsulation, XChaCha20-Poly1305 (RFC 8439) for symmetric encryption, and HKDF-SHA256 for key derivation.
Short answer
Yes. Sign in on any device by re-entering your three secrets and the same keys are derived locally, so your Feeds content follows you. Changes sync live across all signed-in devices.

Short answer
UltimaOS is free for individuals and families — permanently, not as a trial. Organizations pay per seat once early access ends, and that is what funds the free accounts. There is no per-app add-on.
Short answer
Yes. UltimaOS supports encrypted export of all your content for backup and portability. The export is encrypted to a key you control; you can store it on your own infrastructure or in a personal encrypted backup.
Short answer
Feeds is a social feed inside the encrypted workspace. Posts are end-to-end encrypted. The server does not see who follows whom, does not profile, and does not serve advertising. Communities decide their own moderation rules through owner-admin roles.
No ads, no data mining, no trial clock. Individual and family accounts are free — permanently. Organisations pay per seat, and that is what funds it.
